Pamela K. Comer, 72 of Warrensburg, Missouri passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019, at Country Club Care Center. Pamela Kay Comer was born January 14, 1947, in San Francisco, California; daughter of Clyde “Charles” Atkins and Betty Delores (Williams) Atkins. At the age of two, due to her father’s military career, she moved with her family to Overland Park, Kansas. She graduated from Shawnee Mission West in Overland Park. Pamela was united in marriage to Donald Lee Comer in November of 1966. In 1980, the couple moved to Warrensburg. She was an artist. She was a member of Mid Missouri Artists. She was active with a local Hydrotherapy group. Pam enjoyed gardening and spending time with family. She was also an animal lover. She attended J C Cowboy Church. Survivors include her daughter: Tawnya (Wes) Conner of Warsaw, MO; son: Bradley (Michala) Comer of Warrensburg, MO; brother: Kenneth Atkins of Rantoul, KS; five grandchildren: Dani Schnakenberg, Ryan Kettenhofen, Colten Comer, Kaylee Conner and Dalton Conner; eight great grandchildren and her companion, Earl Hoenshell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald in 2005 and her parents. e.
