F.G. "Scoop" Phillips, 60, Overland Park, Kan., died Friday, January 11, 2008, at Manor Care in Overland Park. He was born April 25, 1947, in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of F. Gorodess Phillips Jr. and Mary Forshay Phillips.
