Every one of our lost classmates deserve a rememberance. Bill was a little hiper and pretty funny. I knew him from church, and when we were on the Epic staff. He used to sign me out of class to ride around in his Buick convertable. We would head out to sell ads and on Fri to pick up the week's papers. On one trip we were leaving the printer and there where stacks of OP police department ticket books. Though I really wanted nothing to do with his plan, he grabbed a book or two of tickets.( I guess the statute of limitations is probably up anyway).
He left them on classmate and maybe other windshields. So if you ever had a ticket that couldn't be explained-well.
