THURBER WILLIAM KELLEY, Jr. 60, Rossville, formerly of Kansas City, Mo died Saturday December 16, 2006. Mr. Kelley was employed with J.C.I Industries with 16 years of service. Bill loved his family especially his grandchildren who were the light of his life. Bill loved cruises to wherever the ship was going. He loved for everyone to smile and laugh, and did that well. He was his wife and sons hero. 

Survivors are his loving wife of 35 years Doris Pierce Kelley, son and daughter-in-law Dennis Matthew and Summer Kelley, Trenton, Ga; brother John P. Kelley Tucson, Az; sister Nancy S. Moten, Stilwell, Ok; grandchildren William, Kathryn, Thomas and Ashleigh Jean Kelley.
